transdermal patch-absorption

i have been struggling for a VERY long time to find an ADD med that works for me. I had to have part of my intestines and stomach removed years ago so because of that my body can barely absorb any type of medication. Therefore my doc put me on the daytrana patch (ritalin) But i'm not really feeling anything. Does anyone know if you ignore the taste and put the patch under your tongue your veins there will absorb it faster? That is how I take my suboxone and it works GREAT!

Any thoughts or advice is needed!

Hmm, how many mgs are you on for the patch? I know its XR, but how much over what given time?

it says 20mg if taken the right way, but there is like 94mgs on the actual patch itself

but it really has 94mg in the patch itself
it is meant to maintain a consistent 20mg dose all day but that is not enough for me at all, thats why i wanted to figure out a way to get the high dose out of it
