Just thought I would throw this one out there and in the mix rather then reviving some old threads like some kind of necromancer. What are your experiences with mixing both Tramadol and Vals?

I just took 200mg Tramadol and 15mg Valium about 30minutes ago. Its starting to come on nicely and its a fantastic feeling. Have you guys out there done this mix before? Also does anyone know off the top of their head what safe Tramadol doses would be per day with the combination of valium to reduce seizure risk. I am aware of the serotonin syndrome that can be brought on by Tramadol. Do the effects of the tramadol heighten much above the 200mg dose? It gives me a wonderful sense of well-being and I feel aboslutely content. OFF-TOPIC: Clean 4weeks 3days of Methamphetamines :)

Dont take more than 400mg's Tramadol a day in order to reduce negative effects including seizures, which i know the valium will help combat but really if you're feeling ok off what you're at now, why try to figure out how much more to take? The lower effective dose is best. Even when using for a high.

I used to be on a bunch of meds, two of which were clonazepam and tramadol and i was taking 10mg clonazepam a day (yes very high tolerance and that was my rx'd dose before the taper) and 400mg tramadol and i never felt the need to take more. Im an opiate and benzo addict.. take it from me, take the lowest effective dose to avoid tolerance.

What goes up must come down, including doses of meds. And it doesn't feel too great when you gotta come down from so high up. Stay as low as you can for as long as you can, and when that stops working don't up the dose.. just take a break for a bit and go back to where you were at.

Thanks for your very sound advice mate. Both of the medications are legitimately obtained from my regular GP. Although I have been coping quite well lately with my anxiety issues so I'm abusing them a little to get a little buzz happening. Once I run out i've never had a problem with going without for generally months on end until I need to go for my annual blood-test for liver function and general blood work ups.

Thanks for your advice! I will keep it low because I still enjoy walking around and being out and about while just enjoying this nice feeling that the tramal and the valium combination provides.

and you're welcome. my advice basically comes from experience, and i don't want others to go through what i have / am going through.
