I know that tramadol is a SRA so is it cardiotoxic through 5-ht2b agonism like other releasers, for instance will it cause left valve hypertrophy or essential hypertension. and this applies to long term use(everyday) for years? thanks guys:?

serotonin releasers do not generally cause cardiac hypertrophy (i.e. SSRIs and methamphetamine do not) - only 5-ht2b direct agonists (MDMA, fenfluramine). hence tramadol would not be expected to cause cardiac problems at all.

move to other drugs. just because a topic uses big words doesn't make it advanced.

i thouht you guys in ADD with your excellent knowledge would be able to better answer this and sekio was the person i wanted the answer from, sorry for not being advanced enough, just wanted a advanced explaination. btw ive been a lurker for 5 years and respect ADD guys alot great info guys

In the future if you post in the big and bangin' ADD thread you're a lot less likely to have your question moved, and you'll get a response just about as quick.
