Anyone know know much Tramadol I would take if I’m used to taking 30mgs of oxycodone (a few times a day)? How many 50mg tramadol should I be taking to feel something similar to 30mg of oxy? Do I start out with like 2 or 4? What’s the standard equivalent here? Thanks in advance.

According to this website, the equianalgesic dose is between 150-280 mg. of tramadol.
If you want to take it recreationally, you might be a little disappointed. Tramadol doen't cause THE euphoria of oxycodone. Above all, if you don't metabolize it well. Luckily (or unfortunately) I metabolize it well and when I had no tolerance 200 mg. it caused me huge euphoria.
