Tramadol + Tapentadol + Oxycodone + Codeine - New Exp. - mix mastery in the works

This is my first trip report ive meant to make plenty since 99' reading them on eroiwd , but i felt this was an important one because after extensive searches on MIXING TRAMADOL & OPIATES ( CODEINE OXYCODONE HYDROCODOE etc) it was limited , so hopefully this will turn into others sharing dosage exp. on what worked &
someone will stumble upon it doing a search

MY OPIATE BACKGROUND --> 1 year of daily Heroin IV use ( 2005 ) , occasional Methadone use from 2006-07
1 year of daily Methadone use (2008)
Codeine use from 09-10 ,,, clean half of 2011
last month have used opiates (oxycodone , tramadol , hydrocodone & nucyenta)
every 3 days at low doses

Im taking the tramadol 45mins before the Oxycodone & Codeine (the codeine is in syrup mixture also containing guaifenesin AKA Cheratussin )



3:10pm --- 150mgs of tramadol



3:40pm --- 150mgs of Nucyenta ( tapentadol ) also dubbed as SUPER ULTRAM/TRAMADOL ,,, i took this after
tramadol cause its seems to kick in alot quicker, 45 minutes to Tramadol 's 1 hour and a half



3:52pm --- Nervous on taking the syrup w/ codeine & guaifenesin , even though i've read alot about it being fine
under 2000 mg's (I WILL HAVE A TOTAL OF 1200 MG'S)
ALSO ALOT OF CATS SAID WAIT 1 hour and a half to take opiates after the tramadol
some said 45 i elected to wait 45 , i think im'a even it out at a 1 hour after


4:00pm --- just took the OXYCODONE 10MG , im'a drink the codeine with guaifenesin (cheratussin) now ( i heard
its horrible , the worst of all the syrups )


4:10pm --- drank 12 teaspoons (120mgs of codeine & 1200mg of guafenesin) wasnt to bad
i already feel that light headed / speedy feeling of a early Tramadol come up



4:25pm Im definetly feeling a high , i feel a warm rush & enhanced mood ...my mind feels kind of blank
and just zoned out ( nucyenta & tramadol do that to me) but a definite feeling of euphoria



4:35pm feeling a nice buzz , body is kind of tingling , mental feeling is good , improved mood



4:45pm that buzz kinda dropped off , i think it was just the tram & nucyenta i was feeling, oxy & codeine yet
to kick in


4:50pm starting to get opiate itch , but the euphoria isnt here right now , still mood is improved from before
taking everything



5:00pm i feel like i should be feeling the Oxy & Codeine more than the Tram & Nucy but my PEAK so far was
1hour&25 after the TRAMADOL & NUCYTETA

5:00pm buzz is pretty much gone , i feel like the Tram (which i was feeling at first) knocked out the high
from oxycodone & codeine , maybe due to its binding to the receptor? i might take more
tramadol but i will wait a little while if something changes i will edit post

I think the reason that you did not get too much of a high is because tramadol and tapentadol bind to delta receptors (crossing over to mu with higher doses) which does not cause much euphoria or sedation, while oxycodone and codeine bind to mu receptors, and the dose of all the chemicals separately were rather low. Combine that with your tolerance and you just broke threshold for psychoactive effects. I imagine that it would have had decent analgesic effects if that was the intention, however.

i've read that tramadol can be a good opiate potentiator though , so basically my dose of the 2 opiates were too low to potetiated anyway?
my tolerance from the last month of use def. came in to play because 2 weeks ago i felt a buzz from jsut 120mg of codeine alone
BUT STILL
the time of the ingestion of tramadol in realtion to the opiate seems to be important in this combo though

i've never heard of using tramadol to potentiate other opiates before. but even if that's true, i'd rather just take whatever oxy/codeine i have as-is rather than dirty it up with bullshit-ass tramadol. hell, i'd rather be sober than take tramadol - for me, that's saying a lot.

theres a good amount of threads on various drug sites (including this one) about using tramadol as a potentiator ... i feel like the effects of tramadol are kinda dirty too thats why i took a low dose to potentiate the others not to enough to actually feel the tramadol
