How do i SAFELY IV tramadol please help its 50mg caps with whit powd3r

If they have the goo in them you can't I've them.it takes 4ml to dissolve 200mg tramadol so you'll need at least
1ml to dissolve each capsules tramadol.if u r familiar with tramadol 200mg tablets you'll know what I mean by goo.
