Tramadol - get you get high off it? also have DXM pills 15mg - get I get stoned?

Hey guys I"m n Bangkok airort and just ran out of valium and xannies, I went to Phrm in BKK airpot smd they could only give me DXM 15mg pills and Tramadol @ retard at 100 mg.

Os this possile to abuse/ get high or are there any dangers in this combo?

Any replies would be gratful.

Tramadol+DXM=Serotonin Syndrome
Don't combine them.

I posted in the other thread that you should not combine DXM and tramadol, as it is a potentially dangerous combo for the reason DeathDomokun stated.

I haven't had to say this in a while, but please use the search engine to read about both of these drugs as there is a plethora of information about both of them here on BL.
