Opioids Tramadol dose to OC or HC dose

If I take 300mg of tramadol, what would this equate to in hydro- or oxycodone dosage, out of curiosity?
 
I am kind of interested in this question myself, seeing as I am holding onto about 10x 50 mg Tramadols. I have no actual experience taking Tramadol except one time I was on the first day off dope and on Suboxone, I was still hurting bad even with the Subs so I took 100 mg (all I had) and it didn't do much. But I was sick as a dog, the Sub was barely providing any relief, so its no surprise measley 100 mg of Tramies didn't help either.

To answer the question, it is supposedly around 20 and 15 mg respectively. Also tramadol is 1/10th the strength of morphine, so 30 mg morphine. That is going off an equianalgesic chart. I don't know if the euphoria from tramadol can match that of oxycodone, even a pretty light dose like 15 mg.

Please don't take that many in one day. The number varies, but 300-400mg and above can cause seizures, especially if you don't have a tolerance to them (they're a synthetic form of opium so your tolerance wouldn't be affected by dope or narcotics. Along with seizures it can cause serotonin syndrome which can be fatal. I read somewhere that you can get seizures from even less and to take them one by one 30 mins to an hour apart and you can keep taking them until your hand starts shaking which will tell you when it's getting to be too much. If you do decide to take them, I'd start off with 100mg again if you're not in a lot of pain. You can always take more if you don't feel anything but once you take it, you've taken it! Be safe!
Tramadol is the best painkiller in my opinion for getting high and for its actual use as far as I've used it (though I'm sure it was nothing compared to heroin withdrawals). It lasts so long for me (12 hrs), the high is the most pleasurable and it's really cheap in comparison to other painkillers and even when the high wears off, I'm still hazy and out of it into the next day. For the life of me I cannot figure out why I get that way from Tramadol. That being said, I took oxy and hydro a couple times before the Tramadol but the Tramadol is what I got hooked on and I only take hydro and oxy when I can't get my hands on Tramadol. On a side note, I think I'm going to try and quit tomorrow.

Don't worry I am not taking 500 mg at once or in 1 day. I am not impulsed to just consume any amount of medication that is in front of me. In that case I would be probably dead right now.

Also they act on the mu opiate receptors, which means the tolerance is effected by morphine use(and other stronger opioid use) which also act on the mu receptor(most responsible for euphoric feeling of opiates), as well. But the SNRI effects make it dangerous to try to get an opiate high for people with an opiate tolerance. who think they can eat 500 mg (a dose equal to around 05 mg of morphine, 30 mg of oxycodone, etc).
