So I took tramadol the other day for the first time, and basically I would like to know how many 50mg pills it takes to get high(er) than my trip.
Here is my Tramadol experience:
so about a week ago, I was at my friend's house with another friend and we decided to take Tramadol. I took about 150mg, my friend took 100mg, and my other friend took about 250mg.
We stayed in the house for about ten minutes after taking the pills, then decided to walk to walgreens (keep in note it was like 20°F outside). At first, I was pretty cold since I was only wearing a light jacket, but probably around 20-40 minutes after I initially took the pills, I didn't feel cold anymore. It was a weird feeling, I could tell that my hands and feet were numb and cold, but I didn't feel it? I felt abnormally warm. On the walk to walgreens, which was about 30-40 minutes from her house (so almost an hour after taking tramadol), I could start to feel the effects taking place. I began to feel euphoric and I had a lot of motivation to walk. It was kind of funny, I didn't want to stop walking and it was hard to stop. When we entered walgreens I was Reaallly hot. I was sweating a bit, even though I was only wearing a light jacket over my clothes in the middle of winter. (we bought red bull at walgreens, just though i'd put that in here)
Next we went to our OTHER friend's house, which was probably a couple miles away. I can't really approximate the time it took, since I didn't pay attention to the time and I can't really recall it. The effects got stronger at this point, and we were still reaallly motivated to walk. I could have probably walked all night honestly, I just really wanted to walk. At friend #2's house, I could feel I was coming to the climax. I was a bit jittery and found it hard to stay sitting down. It was also difficult to concentrate on anything. Friend tried to show me a video, but I couldn't tell what was going on. We stayed there for about 30 minutes. Walking down the stairs was one of the hardest things I did that night. (also, by this point we had cotton mouth and somehow lost our metal waterbottle we were carrying, none of us recall leaving it anywhere) The walk back to friend #1's house was really euphoric. I think at one point we were skipping? Walking around outside while we were high probably wasn't a very good idea, since on the walk back it was difficult to walk steady and stay on the sidewalk. Oh also, we were all really sensitive to sounds, we jumped at every noise and were scared whenever a car honked? I really enjoyed the whole walk, because I felt very blissful, everything was positive, and I couldn't think.
When we got back to friend #1's house and relaxed, we played some music and did whatever on the internet. Music sounded fast and my hearing was really weird. Me and my friends explained our hearing as "a bass drum inside our ears" and it was as annoying as having ringing ears. whenever I stood up, I got really dizzy and lightheaded and could barely walk. (at this point, it was probably 3-4 hours since we took tramadol)
Maybe 2 hours after we got back, we were hungry and went to get a snack. Walking was much easier and we were all feeling the come down, which wasn't very bad. I was the only one who felt a bit nauseous.
When we woke up the next morning, the first thing I felt was soreness. Everywhere. It was definately a bad idea to walk waaaay more than my body could handle (I am really unfit). I no longer felt the effects of Tramadol when I woke up, and other than the soreness, I was nauseous and very sensitive to temperature the whole day after my trip.
My vision during the trip only was a little weird, but no major changes.
So overall, my Tramadol trip was a pleasant experience. I wasn't as high as I expected to be however, and the day after was pretty rough but worth it. Basically, how many mgs of Tramadol does it take to have a "higher" experience? Thanks xx
