Tramadol + DHC + Dph

i know i should i know the answer to this due to fact of he amount of time on this forum but im asking because i had a pretty damn hardcore/scary experience on poppy pod tea last night and im trying to withdraw from benzos, so last night being an amateur at making poppy pod tea i used far too many and by the time i began to realise id over done the poppy's i thought taking the valium (100mg) would calm things down.

Wrong!

Anyway tonight i plan on staying well away from the poppies but i do plan on using some Benzos (probably around 100mg Diazepam) then about 50mg diphenhydramine to increase the nod on the dhc (*im undecided on taking either 300 or 600mg DHC just incase idont reach where i want to be, i also have the very last of my tramadol (400mg) which isnt my favourite opoid and once this is gone i wont be taking it anymore buy im not sure whether iy will add well to the mix or take a negative edge of this mix? Also is this safe.

I have pentyt of OC 40's but i was trying to save them .....

oh well tell me what you think Bluelighters.

And i need some weed, i already have a couple of beers which may help.

No poppies tonight.

Just Valium and probably 600mg DHC + 50MG DpH

Tb i probably took more then 1000mg valium last night as i was in a stopo!

I'm sure most of that Valium is still in your system right now (and will be for a while) - including the active metabolities. Be careful...

^ this! Diazepam has a crazy-long half life and active metabolites with even longer half lives.. tread very carefully. I don't know your opioid tolerance, but definitely reduce what you would usually take as you still have a lot of benzos in you (especially if you are taking more tonight!)

I would give the DHC a miss today to be honest..

Thanks, a gave the pods a miss but i couldnt resist the DHC, i felt wonderful and still do,i just look forward to tonight now so i can do some oxy which i have'nt done in a while and i very rarely do (OC) 40mg'd and 80's always seem a lot harder to break up (anyone else notice this?)
