Ok first my non ADD appropriate question. So I woke up with a throat so sore I can barely talk and a fever and just general pain. You know the usual flu-ish symptoms. That said I went ahead and took a combo of my RX'd Dexedrine & Adderall both being IR. In isufliated all but abouth 40 grams of it thinking I would get it out of my sister faster, not looking for a rush of any kind. So anyways of course I feel somewhat better after some sucrets but my body and throat are still killing me. So I'm wondering can I take a combination of high dose I mean like 16 mg of clonazepam in about 6 hours and take a dose of tramadol with my Kratom safely ? Obviously I do not want to have a stroke or seizure so I will take you advice to heart.
That said I'm beginning to really take my heart and circulation health serious being on these medications. Currently I'm taking Pycnogenol, a product my dr. gave me for stimulant induced ED called Vitanox - which includes
Rosemary leaf 5:1 extract
from Rosmarinus officinalis leaf 1.0 g 200 mg †
Green Tea leaf 25:1 extract
from Camellia sinensis leaf 4.2 g
Containing catechins 83.35 mg 166.7 mg †
Turmeric rhizome 25:1 extract
from Curcuma longa rhizome 2.0 g
Containing curcuminoids 70.4 mg 80 mg †
Grape seed 120:1 extract
from Vitis vinifera seed 6.0 g
Containing procyanidins 42.5 mg
The stuff works amazingly well. I'm considering adding, Nattokinase, Ubquinol and Vitamin K. Anyone have any other well proven cardiovascular supportive supplements. I don't want to die of a heart attack or stroke.
Is anyone familiar with the new Magnesium-L-threonate ? It sounds incredibly promising for enhancing cognition through increases in synapses in the hippo-campus, pre-frontal cortex, and a part of the brain I cannot remember. But the gist of this is this new magnesium compound is extremely bio-availible, fills the spinal fluid, and ultimately is able to very effectively cross the BBB.
"Abstract
Learning and memory are fundamental brain functions affected by dietary and environmental factors. Here, we show that increasing brain magnesium using a newly developed magnesium compound (magnesium-L-threonate, MgT) leads to the enhancement of learning abilities, working memory, and short- and long-term memory in rats. The pattern completion ability was also improved in aged rats. MgT-treated rats had higher density of synaptophysin-/synaptobrevin-positive puncta in DG and CA1 subregions of hippocampus that were correlated with memory improvement. Functionally, magnesium increased the number of functional presynaptic release sites, while it reduced their release probability. The resultant synaptic reconfiguration enabled selective enhancement of synaptic transmission for burst inputs. Coupled with concurrent upregulation of NR2B-containing NMDA receptors and its downstream signaling, synaptic plasticity induced by correlated inputs was enhanced. Our findings suggest that an increase in brain magnesium enhances both short-term synaptic facilitation and long-term potentiation and improves learning and memory functions."
I wonder what this means to ADHD patient taking a stimulant. Perhaps it would potentate increase cognitive ability. Thoughts ?

The supplement is now available I won't mention source but feel to pm me.
