Tramadol, best ROA & any potentiators?

I have taken 500mg IR and 300mg ER today, and it did NOTHING. I took 120mg codeine about an hour ago, and I have some relief. IMO, tramadol isn't worth a pinch of shit.
 
When it comes to tramadol splitting your dose over half an hour, or a whole hour leads to better metabolization of the tramadol into o-desmethyltramadol, which is what we can thank for the opioid effects. With tramadol, re-dosing is often superior to taking the whole dose at once.

I split my dose. Trust me, I got better effects from 120mg codeine than 800mg tramadol. I can't imagine anyone with opiate tolerance/experience would find tramadol particularly useful. Of course, what's true for me might not be true for you. The best I can say is good luck!
 
^benzo's with tram is actually safer than tram alone; seizures suck to say the least

white grapefruit juice works well to clog 3A4, but for synergy i enjoyed marijuana, benzos, and oxy/sub
