Opioids Tramadol + beer

Not recommended at all. Alcohol and Tramadol increases the risk of causing seizures, especially considering that you are taking the maximum recommended dose every 24 hours (400 mg). If you want to drink, I would take less Tramadol or wait more hours between taking Tramadol and drinking.
