Opioids Tramadol and vicodin

I rarely ever take Tramadol but I do take vicodins every once and a while. I took 100mg of Tramadol last night and a 10/650 of lorcet and I still feel weird this morning. Like when I close my eyes I still sort of feel high but it's a shitty high.. Also my jaw is tightening up slightly. There should be no serious risks with this small of a dosage correct? Especially no chance of seizures right? It's been almost 12 hours sense the dosage I would have thought I wouldn't feel anything anymore

Not a worthy combo. The tramadol is more potent and will push the hydrocodone off the receptors - or at least, you won't be able to feel it.

I agree that it's not a worthwhile combo, however tramadol is NOT more potent than hydrocodone and its mu opioid binding affinity is also much lower.
