Tramadol and MDMA

I took 300 mg of tramadol yesterday and earlier this week, and 100 mg this morning at around 9 and i want to take .1-.2 grams of MDMA tonight at around 9. It seems like the general consensus is that tram and MDMA are a bad mix due to risk of seratonin syndrome, but I was wondering if 12 hours is enough time to wait before taking the MDMA, since the half life of tram is 5.5-7 hours. I do not have a prescription to tramadol, but do it every so often, maybe a few times a month. Thanks.

Wait at least 48 hours, if not more, between Tramadol and MDMA use. Serotonin Syndrome is not worth the risk, ever.
