Opioids tramadol and kratom yes i used search

swim takes tramadol for pain and also has kratom of good quality i was wondering if u can take these to together or wait space them out? like take tram first so it can metabolize than take the kratom?? or just take them both together? i recall here about some kratom that had tramadol or something like that in it krypton kratom or something? swim is trying to achieve max pain relive and euphoria in a safe manner lets here some input i also know tramadol and kratom metabolize by same enzemys is that right? so it might cut some out? any input would be great thanks

combining tramadol and kratom will have a hreater effect than either alone but even then they are both weak opiods.

ok well i was under the impression they both use the same metabolic pathways?? so less of one would get metabolized? and i take my tramadol in staggered doses so i dont get much of the ssri effect

i took both yesterday. I am trying to come down off a heroin binge. There is a chance of serotonin negativities but just keep the tram dose low.

to get the most opiod activity off tramadol u have to stagger the doses 25mg every 30mins till u reach ur point but to stop at 400mg which is alot spacing out at 25mg every 30 min

I thought the opiiate activity came largely from the metabolite, so you'd wanna take large dose at once to all get converted at once. But i'm probably wrong

^ Your body does a better job at converting tramadol to O-DT when there's already tramadol being metabolized, which makes staggering your dose a more efficient way to achieve stronger opioid effects without having to keep upping your dose.

I enjoy this combo and take it frequently, though I'd imagine the kratom would only make seizures more likely. I've found the best way to take the combo is to eat the kratom 1.5-2 hours after the last tramadol dose, this is typically when tramadol's opioid effects reach their peak and any of it's side-effects have waned down. Whenever I take the two too close together the buzz is less than ideal and with more side-effects and less intensity, ymmv though.

Ps. Krypton kratom was adulterated with O-desmethyltramadol, the primary metabolite of tramadol and not tramadol itself. The metabolite has negligible SNRI activity and mainly functions as an opioid.

isnt the tramadol or the o-dt a inducer of the enzyme that metabolizes it? so kratom should be taken a few hors after last tramadol dose your saying? now does kratom effect serotonin also?
