Opioids Tramadol after MDMA

I searched and couldn't find an answer; How long after taking MDMA is it safe to take Tramadol? Want to avoid seratonin syndrome.
 
This is from a stoned / tired guy, not a doctor so if it's wrong whatever but i'd say 2-3 days and you'll be mostly cool. It rtakes something like that to get out you system I think.
