Opioids Tramadol 50mg and diazepam help please

I've made threads about this on my other account but had been a long time and I stopped taking any meds for some time. However I got like 20 10mg diazepsm high tolerance and 30 50mg tramadol for a nice recreational buzz given I have a high tolerance to both tramadol/opiates and benzos would you recommend. For instance 7 tramadol and 4 don't really get me a major buzz whereas 2 years back it did. I don't intent to OD I just want to reach that feeling again. Any help appreciated or anything I can add to enhance... I should mention I also smoke bud heavily too. What I'm currently able to take would to a novice pit them in a bad way so I'd like to be careful but I took a break like I said from both meds for months until past 2 week and I'm not taking daily
