i'm sure someone else will post this soon, so i might as well do it:

we do not use the acronym "swim" on bluelight. it doesn't protect you from anything; everyone knows you are talking about yourself; it makes posts confusing; etc. as this is a harm protection forum, i should probably add that combining tramadol and soma is dangerous, so please be careful. additionally, be careful with tramadol dosing in general b/c it can lead to seizures -- i think something like 400 mg in a day is dangerous seizure territory but can happen at lower doses in some people, and some combinations can increase this risk, but i'm not sure about soma in particular.
