Toxicity of GHB

If you stick to medium recreational dose than GHB is non-toxic
what is considered medium recreational dose??

does the high make you feel sleepy..? And do you feel like you're on Coke when you wake up
If you have a lot the 'high' will knock you out!
I personally dont like the feeling when i wake up - i feel shivvery & wake up with a start. One minute you are deeply sleeping, the next wide awake with a million thoughts racing through your head!

Actually getting to the real 'high' of GHB is easier said than done. The first time you try it you will, if you are lucky, get just a little nauseated, giddy, and your legs will heat up. You won't know if you feel great, or just slightly buzzed and nauseated, but it will feel ok
The first time i tried it i felt the best on earth - like why the hell hadnt i tried it before!
I never felt sick just incredible good about myself and everything else!

So have we decided if GHB is toxic at any levels whether it be a large dose, a small dose or taken over a long time?
I have taken it most weekends for over 4 years & dont seem to have had any side effects off it. The worst i have had is disturbed sleep pattens & the feeling of that my brain has had sleep but my body has had non whatsoever if that makes sense?
