topiramate + mdma?

I am asking for a friend.

Is it safe to take mdma while on topamax? He has taken mdma plenty of times before, just not since starting topamax.
 
not sure if it there are any interactions but Topamax is used to prevent seizures and MDMA lowers the seizyre threshold so taking MDMA when prone to seizures is not a good idea. I don't know if they use topamax for anything other than treating seizures but if you friend is on it because of them, taking MDMA is not a good idea.
