Hey peeps, i need this for my seminar.
What do you think is the top 3 illegal drugs used amongsts Canadian teenagers?
i'm thinking marijuana, ecstacy.....and?

So what you going to do, say "the guys on bluelight think the top three illega drugs used are..."?
This will almost certainly turn up under a web search.

Far as I know the drinking age in Canada is 19, so most of your teenagers aren't legally allowed to indulge in alcoholic beverages. So I'd definitely say alcohol on there.

Don't know about Canada, but in the US, according to the latest NHSDA the top three w/o alcohol are marijuana (19%), inhalants (9%), and prescription painkillers (8%) ever used; marijuana (7%), painkillers (2%), and prob MDMA (2-3%?) for used in last month. See also the Monitoring the Future survey. I'd guess Canada is similar. See the link for more info.

I'm calling schenanagins on only 19 percent of teens ever using marijuana.
I fail to understand why people lie on surveys.

Hey, that is over all 12-17 year olds.... I mean how many of the 12- and 13-year olds do you think have smoked? Not too many. It averages out.

12 isn't a "teenager" by technical definition of the word, and 18-19 are. with the age groups changed as that would make it, from 13-19, that would be a much different result.
;)
apparently I misunderstood.
Oh.. and most of the hardcore potheads I know started smoking around the age of 14-15

i dunno where ur from but anyone who starts smoking at 14-15 isnt a pothead. here most people start in 6th or 7th grade so like 12 or 13
