Took too much klonopin script the other day, should I take some today to be safe?

I'm prescribed .5 mg 3x/day. Sometimes I go a week or more without taking any. Sometimes, I take the 1.5 mgs at once to sleep. It just depends on my anxiety levels and my sleep needs. My dr is aware and is cool. Anyway, Monday into Tuesday, I took maybe 4-6 mgs and slept 80% of the time until this morning. I also take 40 mgs adderall (20 ir and 20 xr) but didn't take Monday to Wednesday. I took the xr and 10 mg ir today. I'm just wondering if I should take.5 klonopin just because of the past few days doses. I'm not sure if the increase and not taking a small dose today could cause a problem. I've never taken a high dose before. I know it's not a high dose in general but it is for me. Thanks so much!
