Stimulants Took 80mg vyvanse. Pain in chest and throat when breathing or standing up

I've taken vyvanse recreationally many many times before. A few times I've taken it I couldn't take a deep breath. Like I would feel like I needed to yawn but I just couldn't breathe deep enough. This morning I took 80mg and went to do some roofing. I felt like I couldn't catch my breath like before when I couldn't yawn. I ignored it and kept working. Fast forward 8 hours and I have horrible sharp pains in my throat and chest whenever I try to breathe deep, stand up, or lay on my sides. I don't think I'm allergic to I because it's never happened before. Any idea what's happening to me?
