Took 40mg of Adderall 5 hours ago, safe to take 150mg of Tramadol now?

I also snorted a rouge 10mg Zolpiem (a rouge-rug ambien haha, found it in my carpet that I had dropped) about an hour ago - I'm too busy to get into the whole thing about this... but I would really like to take my 150mg of Tramadol. I can hardly notice any presence of Adderall being in my system (could fall asleep if I wanted to). And I drank two cups of OJ recently, which will zap any amphetamine remnants away... Am I good to take 3 tramadoL (150mg)?

I know the potential risk of taking them together, but like I said this is roughly 5 hours later.


I couldn't imagine that low of a dose sparking a seizure or anything bad at all, after waiting this long, and being in a mellow, inquisitive, creative, relaxed mood from the ambient... but I want to make sure.

Really, nothing at all? Did not take them... but then again, same question goes for today: took 30mg XR adderall at 11am. 5 hours later, could I have 150mg of tram now? I'm about to run out, but then it will be the same question when I get back, but - 30mg of Addy at 11am, and then 150mg of tramadol estimating... roughly then when I get back at 8pm? That would be 9 full hours that have gone by since I took the addy XR (I have a very high tolerance to all this crap and I only took it because I am ony of my Dexedrine script..) ?? Also, I have lorezpam 1mg that I am taking throughout today..... all that being said: come around 8pm tonihgt.... and that will be 9 hours,just to reiterate... and if I don't see some kind of helpful insight or reply about this... just gona gulp em down. I know 150mg is a low dose of tramadol, and 9 hours since taking adderall, mixed in with a good amount of benzos- makes me ready to risk this, again, unless someone has something intelligent to say in response.

Sorry to see that nobody replied to you in due time. Yes 150mg Tramadol 5 hours after 30-40mg of Adderall Should be fine. It takes 3 hours or so for the dangers of the lower seizure threshold to really take place once taking Tramadol anyway. I have always been cautious about it and never had a problem. You should be much more worried about anti-depressants, DXM and supplements such as 5-HTP.

me too want to know how to take adderall with tramadol as i can't stay without taking tramadol . my tramadol dose is 1400-1600 mg/day and i used to take it with somadril comp. but i decided to give up soma and take adderall instead ))
how can i manage this and plz inform me with the risks of taking tramadol with add
help me please coz i'm getting mad , and what is the diffirence between the adderall effect and the ritelin's ?
