So I am prescribed pills, 60mg morphines ER and 30mg Oxycodone IR, i get a refill every month, i've been having some employment and financial issues, so i've been selling about half of my prescription, so i can make ends meet, and since that makes me short, i always keep a few subs on hand, since i'm usually out of my pills a week or two before my next fill date, last nite i took one 60MG morphine and 3x 30mg Oxycodone. Took the oxycodone's early in the morning and took the morphine at about 9pm last nite. well around 2pm today i was feeling withdrawls and i am outta pills so i took half of a 8mg sub, i broke it with my hands so it may not exactly be 4mg, anyways, so i took that, and nothing, didn't work, it felt like my WD's went away for a lil bit, but they came back pretty quick, and so i kept waiting and waiting for the WD's to completely stop, but still nothing. So about an hour ago i found one of my 60mg Morphines that had feel under the bed, and figured, i'm still in WD, subs not workin, so i might as well take it. crushed it up, swallowed the powder, and now as i sit here and type this, i'm defnitely gettin high lol which makes no sense to me cause I thought the sub would stop it from getting me high ? so is it because i only took a small amount of sub, and it didn't work, the reason i am still able to get high of normal opiates, or is it some other reason ?
