i just swallowed two of them, took a dose of vitamin b12 and am drinking a cup of coffee. what effects should i expect since its XR and i didnt crush the beads up?

Do you have any type of tolerance?

If not - expect to be extremely wired as B12 and obviously coffee are stimulating in their own rights. You will still feel strong effects from 40mg XR because its a large dose. Again, this is assuming you have no tolerance.

If you don't have any issues with anxiety, expect for a rather productive/fun day.

It depends on your tolerance really, but I would expect the stimulation to last between eight to ten hours and then to slowly ebb.

hmmm... great i hope so. i have a very high tolerance with most drugs...
i took one yesterday...felt just a little focused but nothing really special i mean i did clean up the house a bit but no profound effects so i also took a SPIKE energy pill from 7 11
... i feel like every single mother should be prescribed adderal lol

Like others before me said, it all depends on your tolerance. If you have NO tolerance then you will feel typical amphetamine side effects. If you have a tolerance, you may not feel much at all.
