i am prescribed 8 tylenol 3s a day, i want to get switched to tylenol 4s because all the tylenol is to much for my stomach, would my doctor do this if i told him my stomach hurt, i was nauseas, and had trouble eating.
or would he say take less or something, cause i actuallly need more. Sometimes i take 10 t3s (3000mg tylenol) over a day

The limit is 4gs but if you are experiencing difficulty then talk to your doctor, he/she will understand. You don't wanna play with your internal organs. Especially with the by-products of APAP. Very toxic and stomach discomfort and nausea is not a good sign. You're not experiencing any pain just below your stomach or lower back?

Why not tell him I don't want Tylenol at all? They do have Codeine pills without Tylenol.

I feel you on that man, back in my Hydrocodone days, the only thing I hated about hydro was the Tylenol. It limited my doses, and would w/d at times because of that shit.

PotatoMan-

Although, you might be right, but I think I heard they changed the APAP rule from 4,000mg/daily, to 3,000mg/daily.
IMO, 4,000 is WAY to much to take in a 24 hour time span, that shit will eat your liver alive.
I wouldn't surprass 3,000mg a day of Tylenol.

But to the OP, its all on you.
I really recommend you telling your doctor that Tylenol is making me sick, don't ask him for a dose raise of codeine, just codeine w/o the Tylenol.

that shit is OTC, and can get it from anywhere, and cheap as hell.

Good luck,
and I hope my post helped you.
