Hello slinky, It's been a few years since this happened to you, I'm just wondering if the ringing went away? Did you ever regain normalcy? How long did it take. I did too much MDMA over a weekend. The day after my comedown, I started to feel lethargic, headaches and my ears ring. It's been a week now, no signs of progress.

Has anyone's ringing gone away? Struggling at 6 weeks
If its constantly ringing and hurting after a show just give it time it will probably come back to a point where u can manage.
Ive had a few times my ears hurt and rang from speaker humping or djing I've even had an ear go numb a couple times and I could only hear at about half level for a week or so out of one ear. The ringing comes and goes but it doesn't really effect my life a while lot. Just relax and focus on other things and u will get through this.
