Stimulants tongue sore

I have been on about a 3 day meth binge but I've only spent about 50 dollars total so I've done a few points less then a gram. I have just barely started coming down and I noticed a HUUUGGGEE sore on my tongue I can't tell if it's like a chemical burn or what it is kinda brown and really swollen, I was wondering how I can reduce the swelling asap and second how long will the burn be there for?

There is probably no way to make it go away faster, and you should probably lay off of smoking meth until it does. If you must do meth, eat or snort instead of smoking for a while.
 
Are these two sores on either side of your tongue? Can you confirm where they/it are located?

Personally I would always get two painful sores on either side of my tongue, about halfway down the length, which always bothered me unsure about the origin.

After a while i realized they where caused by the constant swallowing/clenching/mouth movements caused by the highly stimulated state on high doses and where purely related to friction and nothing more concerning then that.
