I have listened to a wide variety of speakers in past conferences and always gotten a lot out of the talks. These are not your standard fare, though Tommy himself is firmly of the 12-step tradition. There is a right way to approach recovery. It’s not defined by one method. It is defined by one characteristic: Love.
If Love is not the main ingredient in our process of recovery, then it will not work.
This means we must open ourselves up to Love and also be willing to learn how to Love another.
