Stimulants Tolerance Yet?

Yesterday I took one 30mg capsule of adderall. Today I took 50mg's (20mg+30mg capsule). I plan on taking 60mg (30mg capsule+20mg capsule+10mg pill). I would like to know a few things. Firstly, have I has already developed a tolerance to adderall after these few days? Is it alright that I am taking a combination of capsules and pill? And would it be too much adderall if I took 2 tums(which I hasn't done previously) before taking the 60mg's? Thanks

Tolerance to amphetamines happens quick so yes, it might be quite possible that tolerance has occured already. Taking a week break will help reduce tolerance and taking memantine/dxm/other nmda antagonists (magnesium, etc.) will help slow down the build up of tolerance when taken with amphetamines.

There shouldn't be any problems with taking the XR (capsule) and IR (tablet) and usually the XR is taken in the morning while IRs are used as a late afternoon/evening 'booster.' If you're taking it for ADHD your doses are quite high though...

Okay, I'll take the capsules in the morning then take the pill later at school. I'm not prescribed to adderall either, but it helps me in school when I need to get things done (end of quarter tommorrow), and I like the feeling it gives me (social, energized).

But do you have any idea how taking tums will affect the dose of 60mg? I felt good today on 50mg, not at all tweaky or bad. I've previously taken up to 75mg (7-1/2 pills) in one day, but spread out, and I've never taken adderall with tums/baking soda (I've read it absorbs better giving a longer, better 'high').

And yeah SWIM was thinking he was on a different forum, haha. Thanks
