Opioids Tolerance - will I need to keep doubling, or increasing by the same amount?

I've been prescribed 30mg Morphine pills since February. I used to be able to get a bit of a buzz from taking one 30mg pill, but now I find I need 60mg to get a buzz.
What I'm wondering is, the next time my tolerance increases enough that I need to up the dose again, will I need to take 90mg to get the same effect (increasing by the same amount) or 120mg (doubling it again)?
Obviously I'm trying to avoid tolerance creeping up, but if/when it does?

You’ll eventually get to the point where you need the highest dose not to be sick m. Forget about being high.

If you want to maintain a window where you can get high it takes constant “semi withdrawals/ tapers” to lower your maintenance dose then after that suffering you can reward yourself by getting high.
