I drank around 3 and a half ounces of codeine syrup today and plan on taking dxm later tonight. Will having drank the codeine hinder the trip I wish to achieve because I have read from hundreds of places that dxm is an opiate and hundreds that it's not. It'd be cool to get a reply to this :?

It's not an opiate, but it supposedly has effects on opioid receptors. Many people enjoy mixing dxm with opioids, the only way you could find out if it's for you is by trial and error.

Please don't cross post. I'm closing this thread since you have more replies in the other one.
