Opioids tolerance guidelines

I've been browsing around trying to find a concise answer for this... no luck. What would be a rough 'minimum' and 'maximum' amount of time to wait after three opioid sessions on three consecutive days, with no previous use for months. The minimum time is whatever is necessary for tolerance to be significantly absent and the maximum time is whatever is necessary for tolerance to be almost completely absent. Again, these are fuzzy, but I'd appreciate some rough estimates.

Thanks!

Are you just trying to lower your tolerance so that you can get high on a small amount, or are you trying to avoid a physical dependence?

And what opioid was it? They have very different half-lives.

HIGHLY variable answers to your question. Depends on length of use, amount used, drug used, body size ect ect ect ect ect

Once a month dosing is good for little to no tolerance buildup.

Once a week is good for casual use, getting high each time with very tolerance building very slowly over time.

Once a day is the most realistic for most opioid dependents, this keeps the tolerance and addiction beasts somewhat at bay. Redosing opiates in the same day isn't very effective, and dosing every other day will have you in minor WD on the off days.

Bottom line, if you use opiates any more often that once a month, you will eventually begin dosing more and more frequently just to feel "normal" on your off days.
