I'm thankful that information and ideas travel around the world in seconds.. and I get to check in, learn and share.. :)

thankful that I have a little patience and stuck this one out

thankful for my family... was my mothers<3 birthday today,good party and all is well=D

Another thing I'm thankful for is patience, both in myself and others. It's easy to see flaws but to recognize patience and that things will get better can take a lot of effort sometimes. <3
 
Thankful to be living on such an amazing planet. Thankful to the folks here who share their experiences and hopes and fears. Thankful to have a roof over my head and food in my stomach.
 
thankful for my recovery family.

went out some of them after the meeting last night to a local lgbt hangout for a dragshow (one of us in the group helps run the show). was a good clean time.
 
Thankful for all the self-sowing flowers and the bulbs in my garden that come up and bloom year after year with no effort on my part at all.
 
I'm thankful to be alive.

I'm thankful to have some pretty amazing friends in my life. <3

I'm thankful to have my family in my life.

I'm thankful to be clean (off an ex-DOC, you can probably guess which one) for a long time now, and that I found the willpower in myself to say no to it.

I'm thankful to be part of a community where I can help others who have gone through similar things I have in life.

I'm thankful I reached out and asked for help when I really needed it a few times this year; I'm still working on doing this.

I'm thankful that I'm no longer in an abusive relationship (physically, sexually, and emotionally).

I'm thankful I've gotten to a point where I choose happiness, and have gotten past nine years of being suicidal and horribly depressed. I still have PTSD and anxiety but I don't let these things ruin my life.

it has taken me a long time. I was convinced I would die this year, but magically, things started to get so much better for me over the last 3-4 months. So much so that I was shocked at the series of events that led me to where I am now.

I can easily say it was worth the 9 years of hell to get to this moment, even if I just lived another week (which I'm sure I'll live to be an old fart).
 
Once everyone learns to appreciate and be thankful in life, the world would be such a better place.

Also, I'm thankful for being able to be thankful. Gratitude has helped me in sooo many ways.
 
The love that exists in my life; my boyfriend, cats, family, some of my friends, pretty much in that order too, although maybe more boyfriend -> family -> cats actually :p
