Tobacco/pot bad?

over here it's considered a waste of weed to roll without tobacco or at least weird!

I think rolling with tobacco has 3 advantages -->

1. the joint burns slower , so easyier for sharing purposes

2. you get more stoned (probaly has to do with weed dilating your veins and nicotne contracting them)
the buzz is maybe less trippy but more physical / sedating

3. your weed lasts longer since you put less in a joint

also 50/50 is kinda dirty (unless you top it off with some hash called a cocktail where i live ) , 70/30 or 80/20 is more my mix
 
when i lived in europe everyone would roll spliffs with tobacco in them. i thought it sucked ass, it took twice as much weed to get high and if i wanted a cigarette i would just smoke one.
 
yea...i heard from this french exchange student that its a european thing to mix tobaco and weed...that in some places its unheard of to smoke the weed by itself.

I personally have gained a likeing to vaporizing and/or just eating the weed...much better for the throat at least.
 
I'm a regular cigarette smoker and weed smoker. I live in southeastern Pennsylvania and no one at all mixes tobacco with their weed around here.

I've done it a few times, and I honestly like it. I've also mixed a bit of menthol tobaccer in with the weed once, and it seemed to work alright... although I prefer camel lights or something like that. I just like the taste of tobacco, and it seems to make joints burn alot better when it's mixed. I would never mix tobacco in with weed if I was smoking a pipe though. Maybe a bong ;)

edit: cigarettes are so fuckin awesome when you're high.

tobacco is also known to make people feel sick, especially if you dont smoke it often.

Agreed i live in america and hate when people do that shit
it makes me sick and my high less enjoyable
 
I don't mix tobacco and weed, but I like to take my joints and put them inside of a box of menthol cigarettes for a few hours. Menthol flavored weed.
 
I've never mixed the two in a joint, but I do smoke tobacco, and usually have a cig after a bowl. It defintely changes the high, which can be good or bad. Personally, I love the taste of pure reefer, and I wouldn.t want to spoil it with tobacco. If I didn't smoke cigs, I doubt that I would like mixing the two.
 
In 5 years of smoking I don't think I've ever smoked hash or weed without tobacco. It's just the way I like it. I like tobacco, I like weed, voila!

I've never heard of putting tobacco in a pipe! Tobacco in cigarettes burns a lot slower than in a pipe, so I can understand how that could be nauseating :S
 
I'm asking u to please consider the following:

What is gonna get u higher, a joint with 80%kind bud or a joint with 100% kind bud. And i'm talkin about properly rolled joints people, u guys don't know shit about joint rolling if u can't roll a joint that doesn't burn properly without tobacco, BITCH PLEASE!

Do u guys realize how bad smoke is for ur lungs, why would you even smoke anything but kind buds that are properly cured!!!

I'm tired of the weak minded and their tobacco:p

you spin me right round baby....right round

i always 'spin' my mix. to me it's sorta like adding 'salt & pepper' to ya food.

i love a small proportion of spin, usually 10-20%, added to my mighty fine outdoor buds. i do not really do it to stretch the mix out, rather purely for the taste.

i've been spinning my mix for a long time now. i suppose it's akin to people always smoking the same brand of cigarette.....you get used to the taste and don't want to change.

most of my mates here in sydney have a 50/50 mix of spin and choof. i friggin' hate it. it makes me sick and i don't enjoy it one bit.

but hey, each to their own......:)
 
sometimes when i just smoke pure weed i dont feel the hit as fast,comes on a bit more slowly but definitely a bit stronger...i usually do it to save some bud as well, i aint cheap where i come from....and i guess its just how my brain works...never felt a hit in 4 seconds though....maybe 10

A lot of mixed responses here.

I'd say if you enjoy tobacco, it makes a nice synergy with marijuana, at least in my experience. But be careful. If you've never tried tobacco, don't spin it. It'll make you hang over the toilet for 20 minutes before passing out. (Happened to me T_T)

I enjoy some tobacco now and then, and I almost _ALWAYS_ spin it.
 
i mix tobacco in all the time

just not around my friends, they dont like it

but a personal J or blunt, better believe its spun
