Aidix: this is really for you, and I have removed your original post to prevent biasing and misunderstandings..
Essentially, In a nutshell, there have been a few problems getting the kits together. We rarely get more than one component from the same supplier. Furthermore, its become an even bigger problem obtaining supplies, because the bank has LOST, cancelled, done whatever with 5... FIVE! bank cards.. So Its been near impossible to place an order, as they insist on Credit Card or Debit Card as payment for the chemicals (so they can keep track of me, and...)
Summary:
This is where things are at.
the CORRECT pipettes (they sent the wrong ones the first time)
have arrived.
The methanol has arrived.
The cotton wool for filtering has arrived
The Iodine HAS NOT arrived. It was ordered with the first order a long time ago. It "hasn't been in stock"
After a lengthy discussion with the bank, I have been verbally given the debit card number, and the Iodine was placed on shipment to arrive by Wednesday.
The following people are patiently waiting for orders, and kits are being despatched this week.

As for the pro-test people, lets put it this way... I am still waiting for supplies owed to me from my first kits, which I ordered over 8 months ago... This is partially the cause for delays with our orders.
For those of you who aren't from the UK (and I'm actually a Canadian living here) Please accept my apologies.. dealing with companies who operate "the British way" makes everything much more difficult than it needs to be. Its not the way I do business, though the year I've lived here has made me a lot less forceful when it comes to complaining, and so I probably could have done better there.
We will have every order sorted this week.
