if i take a sub threshold dose of 2cb say 5mg how long should wait before my second experiment ... I.m trying to better undertand what effect kick in when and find a sweet spot also what incriments should i in up in

If your 5mg dose is an allergy test then I'd wait at least 24 hours before your next experiment since sometimes bad reactions can take a long time to occur. With such a small dose this should also be enough to ward off any tolerance for your next dose, though normally with a regular dose I'd recommend a minimum of a week or two before your second.

10mg still only +/- will try 12mg next week or should i go 15mg ? (all oral)

My first go was 12oral + 12nasal same time that was the most bizar experience of my life and much stronger than i.m looking for

Edit: Misunderstanding, thought you were talking about MXE for whatever reason. 20mg oral would be a good next trial.

Sorry, actually ignore my advice. I mistakenly read your post as referring to Methoxetamine and not 2C-B. Sublingual with 2C-B would be rather unpleasant.

I'd try 20mg oral next time if I were you. Wait at least a week, ideally two weeks since your previous experience, to allow for tolerance to subside.
