i'm so lost i don't know where to appear

but now i'm definately paying the prices
too many good times, too many stories
now in my old age..no more days of glory
my habits have already consumed my life
so why stop the strife?

i hate my afflictions
more than I hate my addictions
oxycontin is my exemption

i hate doing this
i hate seeking bliss
on a constant daily basis
this can't be living

As a suicide note it is pretty good. Hopefully this was just an extrapolation of thought. I appreciate the religious intonations throughout the work. If we are thinking about death and because of that how we have lived it only seems right to filter that through the lens of spiritual perception versus spiritual reception.
