Tips for dissolving etizolam in a solvent

10mg of diazepam is roughly equivalent to 1mg etizolam. I have an inexpensive milligram scale which measures to the nearest thousandth of a gram, meaning if it reads 1mg, it could theoretically be anywhere from 0.5-1.5mg best case scenario provided it's calibrated well. Thus due to the high potency of this compound, simply weighing it out on my digital scale is not practical and it is much more sensible to employ the volumetric method where I would take a known mass of etizolam and dissolve it in a known volume so that I can accurately measure out every dose using the graduations of a simple 5ml oral syringe, which has clear markings for every tenth of a milliliter.

The solvent I bought is one litre of food grade propylene glycol. This was purchased on a certain internet auction site from a reputable business vendor with good ratings and reviews (it was very cheap considering). I was planning on taking 100mg etizolam and dissolving it in 50ml propylene glycol to create a 2mg/ml solution. I was then planning on using micro-centrifuge tubes to each store 1ml of this solution (or 2mg etizolam or the equivalent of 20mg diazepam) since this allows me to conveniently carry one or two on me so I can dump the contents into a soft drink and consume easily. I actually bought a bulk amount of these from the same internet auction site for very little money so I thought I would try and take advantage of these instead of just using them to store seeds with silica desiccant for sending in the post. I assume ingesting only one or two milliliters of propylene glycol by mouth in a 24h period is not likely to be harmful but if so, please do let me know!

Anyway I just wanted to ask, should I simply heat up the 50ml propylene glycol in a water bath using a small Pyrex jug on top of a kitchen stove and dump in the etizolam powder when warm before mixing to allow it to dissolve? Is that concentration feasible or will I have to make it more dilute? Can you foresee any issues I might run into? I am sure it will be fine but the last thing I want to do is mess this up. So thank you in advance for being patient with me! And by the way, thank you guys for being so helpful to me in the past :)
