Heroin Tingling in legs after IM and IV use

I was IMing frequently then stopped after forum members here told me the risks. I started to IV instead. I accidentally missed two shots on my right arm, and because of my frustration from being a noob I just IMed a few shots. Now I feel a tingling sensation in both my legs. Should I go to the doctor and if so what should I say could I say I was injecting something else?

I know I have another thread and at the end I am asking this question but I want to know what to do as soon as possible so I can see if I can get to the doctor today.
