I have this awful tingling feeling that is somewhat similar to pins and needles that I get through my back and occasionly through my limbs.
It only occurs if I get suddenly scared by something (ie makes u jump sorta scared)...or if I do something strenuous (heavy lifitng)...but it doesnt always occur...its sorta random.
Also, lately when this occurs, and sometimes even when the tingling doesnt occur, ill also experience a wierd flushing feeling in parts of my skin (usually the upper legs and arms)...its hard to explain...but when I touch that part of my body its as if the blood is doing something wierd to create the feeling of flushing...and it feels as if the skin is wet kinda..
Sorry for the poor description but its a wierd problem!
