Hi, I've posted a depersonalization/depression thread but deleted it because I thought I rambled too much.
Have any of you experienced or experience any of these symptoms: (most notable and bothering to me)
1. Time passes as if it is fast-forwarded
2. Almost or non-existent body sensations (taking a shower, playing sports, sitting, sleeping, typing a keyboard, etc. feel pretty much the same - numb feeling)
3. It is like my brain system, in terms of 1-100% went to like 10% (slower concentration, I feel some knotted muscles on the upper back of my head that may suggest fatigue for no reason)
4. Perception from like outside of your body (As if the neck, hands, fingers, upper body, lower body, feet are almost not yours), the body feels like a dead tree
Sorry for many confusing/weird expressions.
I'm very irritable these days. I'm very grumpy and irritated because these symptoms don't go away. I took many many medicines and I've never had a day (since maybe 2007) that when I lay on bed at night and could think I spent a whole day, in my body, with a feeling of liveliness, that I really lived today. Since I became very depressed around 2007 (not suicidal or sad, but as if my body system shut down, tired), then with high level of anxiety, depersonalization (not feeling my body, loss of myself), ..... symptoms kept changing). It's frustrating after I realized I've been a slave to the mental illness for a decade, with very low self-esteem & confidence, when I believe in your 20s you're supposed to have the highest energy, liveliness, and dreams&goals to achieve.
