First of all hello to all:)

I'm pretty new to the world of drugs. So far have taken MDMA a few times, LSD twice, 2c-i once, Salvia three times and that's it. Oh and Marijuana around fifteen million times (not new to that). And i'm enjoying them, and I'm aware that they are not damaging if taken in moderation. I heard that taking MDMA often is bad because it will mess with seratonin levels and etc. My question is, since a lot of drugs affect same parts of the brain (i believe), will taking MDMA one week, LSD two weeks later, 2c-i two weeks after that, DMT a week after that and so on be bad for me? or is taking only one drug at a high frequency damaging?

Please educate me on this topic:)

Peace

Typically, it's suggested to leave at least a month interval between drug experiences to reduce potential neural damage.

That said, I trip or roll every week and feel only slightly diminished from years ago when calculus was easy as pie. Then again, I also haven't been in school doing any of it, so that affects it as well.

Just do what feels right. If you're very confident in your headspace, have fun. If you start feeling "off" give it a break for a month and see how it goes.

They are all different substances so they all have different effects on your body.

Some of the substances you mentioned are fairly benign (LSD for example) in that they do not cause physical damage but if you are fairly new to using drugs I would be more cautious about using drugs which can have a powerful effect on your mind so frequently. Maybe try spacing things apart more because it might take a while for you to integrate your experiences :).

Ideally, there should be more of a break with psychadelics for a few reasons, but really to keep the experiences special and meaningful and as good as they can get. MDMA is an amphetamine, though, a psychadelic amphetamine, and is neurotoxic. The other drugs are very serotenergic as well. You don't want to end up feeling dull and zombified because you are overusing serotenergics.
