Opioids Tilidin/naloxone (Valoron/valtran/tinalox)

I have another questing regarding the tilidin/naloxone mixture analgesic named "valtran" (aka valoron).
I was wondering what the maximum dose is you can take without the naloxone screwing up the effect.

Unfortunately tolerance to this stuff skyrockets, so I can't get high off the 50-100mg anymore.

The formula contains 4mg of naloxone for each 50mg of tilidin.

My question is : howmuch naloxone (orally) would it take to stop the tilidin from working. Better said, howmuch tilidin can I take without that nasty naloxone coming in to play?

Took 100 drops (Spread out over 2 hours) and feeling pretty good.

250mg of tilidin/20mg of naloxon.

Naloxon gets if taken orally active at 24-32mg.
This differs from person to person.
I can take 370mg tilidine.
I suggest not taking more than 350mg.

Another thing I was wondering;
Naloxone has a very short half life. So the little amount that gets through (2% BA orally?) should be out your system pretty quickly while the tilidin lingers a while longer. So if redosed at the right time, you'd be able to take more tilidin without antagonizing tilidins effect, right?

How long does it actually work when taken orally? 30 minutes? 1 hour? (No copy/pasting the half-life, I can read wikipedia too.)

I just upped the dose to 350mg. Been an hour and a half since the initial dose though, so I reckon most of the naloxone traces will be gone. (Aswell as most of the tilidin. )

Most people recommend waiting two hours. I also dont redose before the two hour mark.

Edit: What i find really annoying is that tilidine has a half life of 4-6 hours,
but the euphoria lasts only 2 hours max.

Yeah the euphoria is pretty short-lived. 2-3 hours tops. I used to be a tramadol-fiend and I just loved how long the high lasted.

I'm gonna exaggerate with the tilidin today. Aswell as with the klonopins. It's been so long since I was actually nodding. (And I can, even from such a "weak" opioid, as long as I take enough benzos with it.)

Am on 14mg of clonazepam, 30mg of diazepam and 350mg of tilidin already. (Though most of the tilidine has worn of.)
I know it's a dangerous combo and all that. I've been on way higher doses though so don't worry about little ol' me. :D

Gonna dose some more tilidin, and wondering whether I should dose up on the valium or on the klonopin.. Hmm..

Lol if I keep at it like this I'll have ruined my taper and be out of benzos/opes in no time. Should really take a break.

edit: gonna go with some more clonazepam. Got me feeling fuzzy inside.

Anyone tried taking hyperfolin 3% (extract of St. John's Wort) for 3-7 days prior to dosing tilidine?
