With the rage of a pacing tiger
Acrylic walls and tapping fingers
Thrown my gruel from Iron
The total lack of patience lingers
Underneath my nail beds
Blood from my scratching festers
Vying to rip the eyes
From the sockets of my loathsome captors
Tiny little mangled things
Fisheye in the warping window
Hate to see the joy it brings
To watch a famished beast go schizo
Every time they tap the glass
I dream to leave their mother's widowed
Break out from the horrid game
And show them who's the real sicko

I like this! Great start! I'm thinking of leaving widowed mothers and windowless walls of a psychiatric ward for some reason. Given gruel from a grueling place somewhere. Play around with that idea. I'd go beyond ripping the eyes out of the sockets of those that are enslaving you. It's a bit overused. Think of a heart as a 'black mangled heart' perhaps? Play around with words in the thesorus and dictonory. Like the Acutal books! You'll love them, and read, read read! Don't be afraid to put yourself out there; you're off to a wonderful start! I can't wait to read more from you.
