This has only happened once before, but it's happening again now. I did a righteous shot last night, my first in a week. I vomited about an hour later. No biggie, I thought, that's normal.

Problem is, for the next 12-24 hours after that, I cannot keep foods or liquids down, I will vomit them right back up. Did I simply do too much, and this is my body punishing me? This has happened once before, but I wasn't doing particularly large doses then either.

Anything I can do to keep some food down? :/

Cheers

Could definitely be from doing too much and/or could be worsened by things you ate or drank. What is a "not particularly large dose"? Heroin varies so much in potency and a lot of things can affect your tolerance, so what might be fine one time may be too much the next. It's always better to start with a very low dose and gradually take more if it's not enough.

Try taking some ginger and/or calcium/Tums etc and eating very small amounts of very gentle easy-to-digest foods.

Yeah, sorry about my terrible wording: last night was probably too much for me to handle. I did start slow though, a test shot, a small shot, and then blast off. I guess I just misjudged. Throwing up is better than dropping though I guess! I'm just curious that I keep being sick for a day afterwards, I'd never heard of that before
