No. Threads and discussions only appear in the forum they are created and held in. If you're trying to get input from members in both forums, you'll need to work with the mods on creating a thread in each place (they get upset about cross-posting if they don't understand the intent). If you're worried someone in Aus will see the Legal thread.....well, that's completely possible.
