Hi,

We have had bad comments left on your site by a problematic patient. There is no truth in what this patient is claiming and their comments are now appearing on Google when people are searching for our company name. Please could we have this removed. As you can appreciate I can not confirm exactly what happened due to patient confidentiality.

IMO people have the right to free speech on this site, and if the patient had a bad experience at your clinic then they have the right to share about it. Maybe instead of trying to have your company look good on google, you could look into what the patient said and improve your company so no one else writes bad reviews.

Dear Colin,

We understand how problematic patients can cause, err, well, problems like this. People should absolutely not be allowed to come onto the internet and post their opinions regarding how they feel they have been ripped off. It is ridiculous when this happens! I am sure that the members of this community are as appalled as you are that this could happen. I am just as inclined to believe that you are a representative of a fine institution that deserves no such reputation. I applaud your professionalism and approach to handling this psychotic patient of yours. I am sure that, as good censors of comments made by problematic patients we will get right on removal of this ludicrous comment.

Are you freaking serious??

I understand that people are free to express their opinion but when there is no truth in what they are saying then something needs to be done about it as I am sure you would agree

after looking into the matter, i noticed the exact same post was showing up in multiple places across the web. and in places where it didn't quite belong. for example, the post here was made in a thread in AusDD about rehab in australia. the post in question was complaining about a place in portugal and fairly off topic when you think about it.

due to that, we have decided to remove the post in question as it is essentially spam.
